Any questions?
We've got you.
What do I wear?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing e.g. jeans, sweatshirt, windproof jacket and lightweight shoes suitable for driving.
Shorts, high heels and flip flops are not permitted, and heavy or wide soled shoes are not recommended. You are most welcome to bring your own helmet if you wish but these will be provided. You might also want to remember to bring sunglasses.
What do I bring with me?
Please ensure you bring your driving licence with you and have your National Insurance number to hand just in case. This is required for the DVLA Licence check process prior to the Driving Experience.
What are the requirements to participate?
You must have a full, valid, in-date driving licence which you have held for a minimum of two years. You must have no more than six penalty points and must not have been convicted within the last five years of any serious motoring offences, which includes (but not limited to), offences involving alcohol or drugs, or offences that resulted in a driving disqualification. All drivers must be over 25 years of age. For any queries relating to participation requirements, please contact BMWMDrivingExperience@delegate.com.
Are spectators allowed?
This event is designed for a high level of guest participation with limited viewpoints, therefore non-participants are not recommended.
Will my Driving Experience be cancelled due to weather?
Despite the reputation of the British weather, in reality, very few Driving Experience days are affected by poor conditions. In any case, our event is designed to be weatherproof and hospitality will be available at each activity. In extreme cases, you will be notified and able to re book onto another Driving Experience session if your booking is cancelled due to weather.
What do I do if I can no longer attend the Driving experience I have booked onto?
If you are no longer able to attend the Driving Experience you are booked onto please either cancel your booking on the registration page or contact the team on 02077 065 656 or BMWMDrivingExperience@delegate.com.
Can I drive my own car on the track?
We cannot allow any participants to drive their personal vehicles on our Driving Experience programmes. All driving activities will take place in BMW UK fleet vehicles.
Can I drive a specific vehicle for my experience?
We offer a selection of BMW & BMW M models that are most suited to the Driving Experience Programmes. There will be an opportunity to select a preference on model when booking the experience. Although there is no guarantee, we will try our best to accommodate for any model preferences.
